Returning an item

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you’re not, you have 30 days after you receive it to return it to us for a full refund or 60 days to exchange it for another item.  For a full refund, items that are returned should be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Depending on the location you are returning from, you may be required to cover the return shipping cost - this will be made clear to you at the moment you initiate the return.  Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed either back to the original payment method or to store credit for a future purchase (your choice). We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will proceed with refunding your purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Most of the time, refunds will be received within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Warranties

The founding value of Cancha was and always will be to never compromise on quality, whether that be our bags or our customer service. We're committed to using the highest quality materials built to last. Therefore, all bags come with a 1-year warranty as standard against defects in material or workmanship.
