Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can absolutely change the items in your order. To see if it is possible to change your order, please email [email protected] immediately and we can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. If it has already left and you still want to cancel the order, then you will need to let us know and we'll arrange a return label for you to return the products to us once you've received them, but please note that any original shipping payments won't be refundable. You can then re-order the correct items again on our website.
How do I change my Shipping address?
No need to panic - just send us an email to [email protected] as soon as you realize and we’ll do our best to get it sorted out for you in time before it leaves our warehouse.
